Phase 1 covers three focused areas: manuscript intake and editorial coordination, design and formatting team management, and meeting coordination. These are the operational foundations that will create the most immediate relief.

When you're ready to grow, Phase 2 brings in full social media management and content repurposing. The systems we build in Phase 1 make that expansion seamless.

Phase 1: Foundation

Manuscript Intake & Editorial Coordination

A clear intake process so every manuscript is received, logged, and routed to the right editor without you in the middle of it.

  • Set up and manage a standardized manuscript submission inbox or intake form
  • Log all incoming manuscripts in a shared tracker with status and deadlines
  • Assign and communicate with editors based on your routing guidelines
  • Follow up on editorial timelines and flag delays proactively

Meeting Management & Team Coordination

Multi-timezone teams need more than a calendar invite. We handle the logistics for one monthly team meeting so it runs smoothly and actually moves things forward.

  • Schedule and coordinate one monthly team meeting across time zones
  • Prepare and distribute agendas in advance
  • Take notes and send clear action item summaries after each call
  • Track follow-through on action items between meetings

Design & Formatting Team Coordination

Keeping your cover design and formatting teams moving without you as the constant go-between.

  • Serve as the point of contact for design and formatting vendors
  • Brief contractors with project details, specs, and deadlines
  • Manage revision rounds and approvals through to completion
  • Maintain a project tracker so nothing gets stuck in limbo

Phase 2 Expansion

Add social media management and content repurposing at any time. Full four-service support is available at $2,500/month when you're ready to scale.

A 30-day onboarding period applies at the start of our engagement to map your workflows, set up systems, and align the team to your standards. This is included in the monthly rate.

50 Hours Monthly
This retainer covers up to 50 hours of work per month across all included service areas. Hours are tracked and reported monthly.
$30/hour for additional hours
Any hours beyond 50 in a given month will be billed at $30/hour. You will be notified before overage is incurred.
Out-of-scope work
Any work outside the defined scope above will be quoted separately and approved by you before proceeding.

Proposal Acceptance & Kickoff

Once you're ready, we sign a service agreement, process the first month, and schedule your onboarding kickoff call.

We learn your people, your tools, and your preferences. We document your workflows, build your SOPs, and set up the systems that will keep everything running smoothly.
